Abby began her career in service to others as an occupational therapist in 2008, gaining experience across a wide range of settings and working with clients from infancy through end of life. This diverse clinical background has shaped her holistic, lifespan-oriented approach to care.

After becoming a mother in 2016, Abby discovered a deep passion for supporting individuals and families during the transition to parenthood. This pivotal experience led her to focus her professional work on perinatal health and wellness. She has since completed advanced training in pelvic floor function and has extensive knowledge of birth-related physical changes and injuries. In 2022, she earned her certification in perinatal mental health, further strengthening her ability to support the emotional and psychological needs of new and expecting parents.

In addition to her clinical work, Abby is a certified yoga instructor with specialized training in prenatal and postnatal yoga. She integrates movement, breathwork, and mindfulness-based practices to support nervous system regulation and promote overall well-being.

Abby is currently pursuing a master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling at National Louis University. She plans to continue developing a practice centered on supporting individuals and families as they navigate the complex emotional, physical, and relational transitions of early parenthood and beyond.
